We’ve only just arrived but I already like Delhi. Yes there’s hassle, beggars, touts and the like to deal with, which are deeply irritating or just an inconvenience, depending on how tired/hungry/stressed I am. But generally, people have been courteous and helpful, the streets I have seen are wide and accommodate the horrendous traffic to a point and I’ve just had a delicious thali!
There’s something exhilarating about being in a nation’s capital, at the pumping heartbeat. Probably tomorrow when I actually try to get things done, I’ll find the whole scene distressingly chaotic, but for now the general busyness of the place is entertaining.
Anyone been to Delhi and have recommendations for us? Any institutes/organizations/bars/restaurants we shouldn’t miss? Let us know.

Wow, I wouldn’t go quite that far Dan! No, it’s frenetic but kind of cool. What do you recommend? We haven’t done any sightseeing yet, just had a really delicious dosa though!
